Workshop Information
The Couples Communication & Connection Workshop is a psychoeducational relationship enrichment program designed to provide practical skills, knowledge, and tools to strengthen communication, connection, understanding, and relationship wellbeing.
This workshop is educational in nature and is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal advice.
Participants will never be required to disclose personal or sensitive relationship information to the group. Activities are designed to encourage communication and reflection between partners while maintaining privacy and professional boundaries.
Payment and Attendance
To secure your place:
• A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% ($105) is required at the time of registration.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the workshop.
• Places are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Due to the small-group nature of the workshop, deposits are non-refundable.
Children and Additional Attendees
This workshop is designed exclusively for adult couples.
Children, infants, family members, support persons, and additional attendees are not permitted to attend.
The workshop addresses relationship topics that may not be suitable for children and requires participants' full attention and engagement. We are committed to creating a respectful environment where all participants can feel comfortable, focused, and confident that their privacy is being protected.
Participants arriving with children may be refused entry and standard cancellation conditions will apply.
Before You Arrive
We start promptly at 9:00am.
The Grapevine Community Artspace is located next to the French Riviera Patisserie on the corner of Brookmount and Arrowsmith.
The café opens from 7:30am and offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy breakfast or coffee with your partner before the workshop begins.
Following the workshop, many couples enjoy returning to the café for lunch and conversation, allowing time to reflect on the ideas, tools, and insights gained during the morning.
